Club La Costa expands the brand

CLC Estates, the real estate division of leading European developers Club La Costa Resorts & Hotels are to open a new estate agency in Tenerife at the end of the month.
Demand for quality built properties in beach locations has been so strong that the company's Spain-based agency has been looking to expand its presence in the Canary Islands where parent company Club La Costa already own a number of luxury resorts including Monterey Royale at Golf del Sur.

Director of CLC Estates Paul Smith says the new estate agency will specialise in resort-based new build holiday homes but will also have extensive property listings in the Canaries to suit the requirements of the mainly British and Russian buyers who are actively seeking homes in the area.
"We've had an influx of new buyers contacting us looking for good quality holiday homes in Tenerife recently, so we're delighted to be opening a new CLC Estates office in the south of the island. Following a successful winter season in Spain, he predicts increased demand for properties both on the Costa del Sol and the Golf del Sur region.
"Spain and Tenerife are very attractive to Russian buyers who are very selective and know what they want. What appeals is a property that ticks all the boxes: great views, high quality build and superb onsite amenities, in a sought-after location near the airport."
