Club La Costa acquires Hustyns Hotel & Spa in Cornwall

Club La Costa Resorts & Hotels is delighted to announce that it has just acquired its 22nd resort, Hustyns Hotel and Spa in St Breock Downs, on a private 90-acre resort near Wadebridge on the breathtaking north coast of Cornwall.
Hustyns is the second Cornish resort (following the acquisition of Trenython Manor Hotel & Spa near Fowey earlier this year) to join Club La Costa's portfolio of fully-owned and managed resorts in Spain,Tenerife, Austria and the UK.
The acquisition of Hustyns Hotel & Spa emphasises Club La Costa's commitment to extending the choice of top quality resorts available to its members and also to holiday home buyers and investors through CLC Country Homes, its real estate sales division in the UK.
Hustyns has become something of an A-list retreat and past celebrity guests include Gwyneth Paltrow and Demi Moore who have come to recharge their batteries and enjoy the glorious setting.
Located near Wadebridge, and within easy reach of the picturesque and popular villages of Rock and Padstow, the cottages at Hustyns are all luxury three bedroom/ three bathroom properties. Each home is finished to the highest standard, interior designed, with well fitted kitchens complete with integrated appliances, utility areas, stylish bathrooms and ensuites with power showers and hydro-massage baths, private saunas, spacious lounge/dining areas with living flame gas fires, and private gardens with decking and patio areas.

In Padstow - known locally as PadStein after master chef Rick Stein who has two restaurants in the town, visitors can enjoy a taste of the good life. Food lovers can also follow the celebrity chef trail to nearby Newquay, where Jamie Oliver has opened his new restaurant, 'Fifteen', at Watergate Bay - an event, it is reported, that has added £50,000 to the value of local properties.
